ゲストOS...Scientific Linux6.1 64bit版インストール

yum install kernel-devel-2.6.32-131.6.1.el6.x86_64"といった記述があるので、どうやらパッケージが足りていないようです。

・gcc・kernel-devel
追加方法
yum install gcc kernel-devel再度インストールを実施。

yum install make再度インストールを実施したところ今度はうまくいきました。
